Q:Where can I buy these things for my Halloween costume?
For Halloween I am going to be an 80's girl with my 2 best friends, and we are trying to find everything as cheap as possible! We have had a lot of trouble finding an off the shoulder top and neon leggings which we need for the costume. Where can we buy those 2 things for $20 or less? Also, do you have any ideas on what we should do for shoes? Thanks!
